Payment and Billing

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of anticipated revenue is due upon booking. All remaining charges are due upon receipt of the final invoice.

Guest Count Guarantees

The final guest count is due 10 days prior to the event. This number is used for staffing and food preparation. Once the final guest count is received it will be used as the base for final billing. Children 7 and under eat free. A guest count for children would be appreciated.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation on your part 7 days or less prior to the event you will be required to pay the remaining balance due based on your guaranteed guest count. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your event due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In this situation your event will be rebooked at the earliest date mutually agreed upon

Included Services

Disposable plates, plastic ware, and napkins are provided. Food service tables, set up, service, and clean up are included.

Miscellaneous Charges

There is a $75 set up fee and a rental fee for tables and chairs. Please contact us if a tent is needed for your event.

Outside Food and Beverage

Due to liability reasons, no outside food or beverage will be permitted without the express permission of Retro Thyme Catering.
